- Long MOT to June 2024 with no advisories
The Appeal
The original Turbo so utterly transformed Porsche’s fortunes that it saved the 911 from extinction. For the buyers who queued up for them in the 80s, it had to be Guards Red with black Fuchs.
The first buyer of this 2007 997 Turbo clearly wanted to evoke those days. In an era when most Turbos were in more subdued colours, it shows just how good stand-out Guards Red still looks on the 911 shape.
It is in superb condition, reflecting its low mileage, and comes equipped with a particularly high specification. That includes the desirable Tiptronic gearbox that is so good that it is faster to 60 than a manual Turbo.
Just serviced and with a long, advisory-free, MOT, this is a tempting example of one of Porsche’s best sports cars.
