The Appeal
Upstaging an icon is no small feet, but the L322 did it. Everybody loves them, with owners tending to hang onto them because they simply do everything a vehicle could possible be required to do. They go anywhere, they go anywhere quickly, they can carrying lots of stuff and they’re very, very comfortable.
Particularly this one. It’s the supercharged model, delivering a prodigious 390bhp via its AJV8 4.2litre engine. Its fetching colour combination remains in very good condition, likely due to the care of its four keepers. That is also obvious from the service history - a run of 14 continuous stamps.
The last service was in April, less than 200 miles ago, when the rear discs and pads were also replaced. The MOT runs to the end of October with no advisories. If you’re looking for a well specified, viscerally quick L322 in great condition, you may just have found it.
