Highlights
- ULEZ Compliant
- A fine example of the facelifted X356 Jaguar XJ saloon
- Presenting beautifully in Seafrost Pearlescent over Ivory leather
- Diligently maintained with 16 main dealer and specialist stamps in the service book
The Appeal
The X350 Jaguar appeared in 2003 to become the firm’s third iteration of its range topping XJ saloon. Whilst the car remained true to the traditional Jaguar design language, the improvements under the skin were significant. Much stiffer and lighter than before and featuring advanced, dynamic air suspension, this was a big saloon that handled as well as it wafted.
Being a 2006 car, our XJ benefits from the mid-life facelift making it an X356 iteration. This is a car with a very stable, low owner and low mileage back-story, having covered only around 4,000 miles per year on average. The maintenance record appears exemplary, too, with a service book awash with stamps. A truly genuine example.

Summary
Luxury British modern classic saloons are certainly enjoying a purple-patch at present. Cars of this era occupy somewhat of a “Goldilocks Zone” of being modern enough to be regularly used and enjoyed with ease, yet old enough to represent a welcome antidote to more anodyne, contemporary offerings. Then there is the “amount of car for the money” quotient. XJ’s of this period are very hard to beat in that regard.
Our example is a gem, too. It boasts a great, lesser seen colourway which results in real head turning road presence. The overall condition appears to be excellent, and the history and maintenance of this example is hard to fault. If you want to be the lucky beneficiary of this winning combination, then be sure to bid today.
