The Appeal

Whoever decided to give the Bentley Continental a crew cut is probably well overdue a raise by now. There's something about the drop-top luxury motor that feels eminently classier and flashier than the base model - and let's face it, the original Continental GT was no slouch.

Perhaps it's the blistering speeds you can enjoy with the wind in your hair, or the smooth shapes simply match up so well with having the roof down—or, perhaps, it's simply the fact it's as well engineered as a convertible can be. The GTC was stiffened and redesigned across its suspension, sills, and frames, and while it's substantially heavier, it still feels remarkably lively and charismatic.
