The Appeal

Such is the prodigious performance and real sense of occasion that comes with every trip in Bentley’s continent-crushing GT, that it is a surprise to discover a car like this one. Its diminutive 28,000 miles from new is a testament to the considerable restraint of its quartet of keepers.

The result is a well-specified car in very good order indeed. Despite closing in on its 20th anniversary there are few signs of age or wear across the smart mid blue metallic paintwork and hand-crafted two-tone magnolia and blue leather interior. The cabin features some neat Mulliner details such as quilted and embossed seats and elm wood veneers that enthusiasts will appreciate.

Despite the sparing use, the car has been regularly maintained and serviced throughout its life. Specialist Mulsanne Motors undertook a full vehicle check in October including a service. That, plus a long, advisory-free MOT, will add extra reassurance for buyers. A great, low-mileage example of a great British GT.
