Finished in Beluga Black, the Bentley's paintwork is in very good condition and presents well, with no dings or dents spotted. The panel gaps all appear to match. Some paintwork was carried out on the sunroof in 2022, and minor dings were removed using a paintless dent removal specialist.
Starting at the front, the lower section of the bumper has some light stone chips, but this is expected for the age and mileage. The headlights are in good order, with no damage to the lenses, and, of course, the legendary Flying B mascot sits in pride of place.
Walking along the 5,390mm body, the lines of the Arnage remain unspoilt, with no dings or dents. The chrome door handles and window trims are in good condition, with no signs of tarnishing, and the windows appear free from noticeable scratches. A sunroof is also fitted and functioning correctly. At the rear, there are no scuffs on the bumper thanks to rear parking sensors, and all the light units are in good order, with no splits or cracks in the lenses.
The original split-rim wheels were refurbished in 2022. They present well, although there are some minor corrosion spots under the paint, which have been noted in the refurbishment invoice.
Inside, it steps up from a luxury Bentley to an ultra-luxurious Bentley Mulliner. The first thing you notice is the luxurious quilted leather seats, which feature the embroidered Bentley logo. The seats are in very good condition, with no excessive wear other than some light creasing, as you would expect.
The leather dashboard and piano black fascia are in good order, while the chrome bezel instruments and switchgear are all present, in good condition, and reportedly functioning correctly. The odometer shows the Bentley has covered 83,791 miles.
The carpets are in good condition, showing no real wear, but could benefit from a good vacuum to refresh the interior. The boot is also clean and tidy, containing spare bulbs, a towing eye, and a first aid kit stored under the floor.
The Mechanics
- 6.75-litre twin-turbo hand-built V8
- Approximately 500 bhp
- Six-speed automatic with sequential shift option
- Quad exit tailpipes from the factory
Mr P.A. Titley is the engineer responsible for building engine number 200237 at Bentley’s Crewe headquarters, which powers this 2006 Arnage T. The engine fires up without hesitation and runs as it should, with no issues reported by the vendor.
On the road, the Bentley is as smooth as silk, with no knocks or bangs coming from any corner of the car. It stops in a straight line with no issues. The car's underside appears to be in good order, with just a small amount of surface corrosion on some areas of the floor and suspension, in keeping with the vehicle's age.
