The Appeal

After 25 years of production, in 2023 we saw the end of the TT spanning three generations producing 650,000 cars. Pioneering in its own right, the TT encompassed characterful design with impressive handling and performance leading to domination in the entry level sports car market. Its name inspired by the Isle of Mann TT, aimed to take where NSU Audi’s predecessor had massive success, offering the very best engineering VW Audi had to offer. Minimalist in design language, the car still feels forward thinking and good examples have recently become staples in collections as homage to their popularity.

With smart, unmodified Mk1 TTs hard to come by, this presents an opportunity to pounce on an aspiring future classic. This facelift example is in stunning order and is backed up with a consistent service history file. The colour combination also has to be one of the most tasteful we’ve brought to market, again in time-capsule-like condition. This undeniably fun millennium-era coupe is ready for spring-time B-road bashing.
