The Appeal
With its sights trained on Porsche's 997, the V8 Vantage was the leanest and most agile sports car in Aston Martin's range. In years gone by, the Vantage moniker had come to signify a high-performance variant of the firm's flagship GTs. But this was something completely different. Many regard this generation of Vantage as one of the purest and last 'analogue' feeling cars from Aston before excessive modern tech started creeping in and manual gearboxes became scarcer.
This 2006 example boasts an enviable factory specification and benefits from full service history. It's covered just 73, 500 miles and the vendor is the car's fifth registered keeper.
