The Appeal
First introduced as a concept in 2002, the Brera was Alfa Romeo’s well-received successor to the dated GTV. Produced as both a coupe and roadster, the Brera was offered with a variety of engine configurations, including the highly desirable 3.2L V6.
With just over 20 thousand models being produced throughout the production run, these coupes are seldom seen on UK roads, with V6 models being rarer still. Combine the Brera’s rarity, fantastic performance, and gorgeous styling, and you’re looking at a vehicle that presents superb value for money in today’s market.
The History and Paperwork
- Well maintained example
- Just 85k covered
- The timing chain has been changed
- Recently serviced
- Plenty of paperwork
- Alfa Romeo handbook and stamped service booklet
- V5C document present
- MOT until April 2023
- 2 keys (one remote may need attention)
This Alfa Romeo has no doubt been enjoyed by previous owners and shows off a fantastic maintenance record to prove so. The current owner purchased the vehicle 4 years ago and has since treasured this Brera, saving it for special occasions in dry weather. Throughout their ownership, the vehicle has continued to be well maintained and has been dry stored in a garage to further protect that gorgeous Rosso paintwork.
As the included paperwork will reflect, this example truly has been well maintained over the years. Invoices display crucial items of maintenance, such as a full timing chain overhaul in 2014. This process comes at considerable expense, and now gives buyers peace of mind that this Alfa will continue to be a dependable companion without the worry of timing chain issues.
The paperwork also includes previous MOT certificates, along with the original handbook and service booklet. Inside the service booklet, you’ll find regular stamps from trusted specialists, complete with dates and mileage figures. Also included is the V5C document, ready to sign over to the lucky new owner.

The Interior
- Great condition
- Full leather seats
- Pioneer head unit with touchscreen
- USB charging port
- Leather steering wheel with multi-function controls
- Air conditioning
Alfa Romeo’s attention to detail continues in the exterior of the vehicle, presenting passengers with a sporty, yet comfortable and bright interior. Brushed metal effect trim pieces scattered throughout the cabin allude to the raw performance of the Brera, while the supportive leather seats encourage you to keep your foot pinned on the accelerator.
Both front seats are in great condition, with just minor signs of wear to be found on the driver’s seat in keeping with the vehicle’s mileage. The passenger seat shows fewer signs of bolster wear but does show a slight scar in the leather. The rear seats, in contrast, appear to have hardly been used and look superb.
Carpeting and headliner throughout the vehicle could do with a dash of TLC to achieve the once-factory finish, but overall the interior is a clean and tidy place to find oneself. You’re also greeted with a touch screen Pioneer head unit, aftermarket USB ports, and a snazzy set of gauges displaying essential information.
As pictured within the attached images, the driver’s door card control panel has been repaired by a previous owner. This seems to be quite a common sight with these models as time passes, but the issue could quite easily be rectified by a professional. Otherwise, all interior controls and electronic instruments are believed to be in full working order with minimal wear to contact points.
The Alfa also features Air conditioning.

The Exterior
- Fantastic condition
- Rosso red paintwork
- Gold alloy wheels
- Gorgeous Alfa Romeo styling
- PPF film on rear quarters
There are very few manufacturers on par with Alfa Romeo in terms of vehicle styling, with this Brera being a fantastic reminder of such. While most rival manufacturers seem to play it rather safe with simple styling choices, Alfa Romeo doesn’t hesitate to flex their creative muscles. The result, of course, is a truly beautiful coupe that balances perfectly between sporty hooligan, and classy Italian masterpiece.
As the photographs will reflect, this Brera is in spectacular condition and wears its Rosso red paintwork fantastically. Unlike the majority of vehicles on the road, this example shows absolutely minimal wear to the exterior, with only incredibly minor defects noticeable upon close inspection.
All trim pieces, badging, and details follow closely, as do all four wheels. The wheels have been professionally refurbished in gold paint, offering a tremendous level of contrast against the red paintwork. All 4 wheels are in excellent condition as one would perhaps expect, and have plenty of tyre tread for the new owner to enjoy.
This Alfa Romeo Brera genuinely does deserve to be admired in person, and will no doubt have the lucky new owner giddy with pride upon each glance.
