THE APPEAL

In production for just two years, the exclusive CLS 55 AMG four-door coupe exudes style, class and impressive performance. Based on the E-Class platform, the AMG engineers went to town fine-tuning the chassis, steering, suspension and brakes. Sitting 10mm lower - the long flowing body lines are further emphasised.

If you want performance, then the powerful supercharged 5.4-litre V8 shouldn’t disappoint with around 470 bhp and massive torque on tap.

This impressive Mercedes-Benz has been single family-owned for most of it’s life, is in very good cosmetic condition, and appears to have been mechanically well-maintained. Complete with an MOT valid until August 2024, it's ready for its next owner.

No significant stone chips up front
There are some minor scuffs around the car (see detailed list below)
Headlight covers are foggy but easily polished
Window glass and mirrors are in good condition
All badges are in place

From what we can see, the underside looks very clean and sound
Notable marks around the car include a small ding and scuffs to the driver’s door, a small ding to the o/s/r wing, scuffs to front bumper lower corners, some scuffs to the rear bumper and a small scrape to the n/s/r wheel arch
The original 19” AMG five-spoke alloys would benefit from a refurbishment
Hankook winter tyres are up front and Pirelli Sottozero tyres at the rear
