Highlights
- Exceptional condition
- Only 1 previous owner
- Totally un-molested
- Premium & Sports pack
The Appeal
Here we have a very fine example of a seventh generation Toyota Celica. Coming from an illustrious long line of cars first produced by Toyota way back in 1977, production of these 2+2, 2 door sports coupes finally came to an end in 2006.
This gorgeous coupe has a full dealer service history and has obviously been loved throughout whilst in the hands of the original owner and subsequently the vendor.
Fabulous condition both inside with its full leather interior, and outside sitting on upgraded 17” alloys along with the sunroof & rear boot spoiler, this Celica really does want for nothing.
Inside there’s climate control, alloy foot pedals and as part of the premium package a factory fitted audio system Subwoofer.
Most importantly though, it appears to be totally unmolested throughout and just as it would have been when picked up from the dealers’ forecourt when new, you’ll struggle to find another one like this.
The History & Paperwork
- First registered on the 13th of March 2004 by Toll House Toyota at Gatwick
- V5c in the vendor’s name
- Only one previous owner
- Mot to 20th of March 2024
- Service book showing 16 Toyota dealership stamps
- Original handbooks & service book
- 3 x keys
The Interior
- Premium pack interior, which consisted of:
- Full black leather seats and door trims
- Tilt and slide sunroof
- Automatic climate control
- Audio system sub-woofer fitted in the boot
- Sports package alloy foot pedals
The interior in this Celica is incredibly clean and showing very little signs on any wear. The rear seats are as new and may possibly have never been sat in, fronts have just a little scuffing to the drivers’ seat bolster and hardly anything to the passenger’s seat.
The headlining, dashboard & switches, show no signs of wear and are all in fabulous condition and functioning as they should, even the rear parcel shelf is entirely unmolested and presents exceptionally well, no speaker holes here.
All in all, fabulous condition right through this well thought out interior.
The Exterior
- Upgraded 17” alloy wheels
- Virtually spotless Crystal Silver paintwork
- Optional Sport Pack rear boot spoiler
As to be expected with this exceptional well looked after Toyota, the exterior matches the tidiness of the interior, with the Crystal Silver paint complementing this sporty Celica.
In fact, it’s very difficult to find fault with any of the exterior, even the front grill, bumper valance area would appear to be virtually free from stone chips.
Again, overall, this Celica is exceptionally well presented and should tick all the right boxes of a potential buyer.
The Mechanics
- Full dealer service history
- Last serviced in October 2020 at 67,026 miles, just over 1000 miles ago.
- Matching Michelin tyres all round
- Alloy full size spare wheel
We’re told by the vendor that the Celica drives exceptionally well without any known faults.
Summary
One of the last in a long line of Celica’s before Toyota decided to retire the moniker, this example certainly shows just what a great car model the Celica turned out to be.
A 2-door sports coupe that handles like a sports car, goes like a sports car but still has room in the back for passengers and luggage.
This very well-presented example of the breed shows no sign of retiring for many years to come and will no doubt bring a great deal of pleasure to its new owner.
Don’t wait too long , you’ll struggle to find one as good as this !
