The Appeal
When it came time to replace the ageing F355, Ferrari’s engineers had quite the challenge on their hands.
How do you improve upon the near-perfect supercar?
Fortunately, Ferrari started by making the right engineering decisions. The 360 Modena was 40 per cent stiffer, 28 per cent lighter and 20 horsepower up on its predecessor. In traditional Maranello fashion, all this clever engineering was clothed in voluptuous Pininfarina curves and the rest, as they say, was history…

We’re delighted to offer this fabulous F1 360 Modena Spider which has covered just 24,023 miles over its nineteen years on the road. Brimming with desirable options including Scuderia shields on the front wings, carbon-backed seats and an ‘F1’ glovebox plaque, this is a truly fabulous specimen. It benefits from a recent full service performed by The Ferrari Centre at Kent High Performance Cars and the last belt change was performed on 14/11/2022 at 23,455 miles by HR Owen.
Dry-stored since 2014 by the previous keeper within their private collection and recently subject to a professional Stage 1 detail, this modern classic supercar is ready to be enjoyed with an advisory-free MOT until July 2024.

Ferrari’s long and fruitful relationship with Pininfarina no doubt stems from the fact that said Turinese design house and carrozzeria have penned some of the most beautiful cars of all time. Clearly, the Ferrari 360 was no exception and the design is characterised by an abundance of flowing curves - a trait Pininfarina has really made its own.
This 2004 F1 Modena Spider looks magnificent in Nero, especially with the contrast offered by a cream leather interior. Following a professional Stage 1 detail from upercar Detailing and a number of years spent within the ranks of a high-end car collection, it’s in wonderful condition for its age.
The original owner clearly wasn’t afraid to tick boxes on the order form as this car is equipped with the very expensive carbon seats and Scuderia shields on the front wings.

The Mechanics
- 3.6-litre V8 engine
- Six-speed ‘F1’ Graziano automated manual gearbox
- Major service just completed by The Ferrari Centre at Kent High Performance Cars
- Belts changed just 568 miles ago by HR Owen
- The vendor reports that it drives brilliantly, with no issues to report whatsoever
Now comes the important bit, the engine. Il Commendatore himself is often cited for saying “aerodynamics are for those who can’t build engines” and while that may not align with certain engineering principles, it does highlight how important internal combustion was to him and his engineers.
The 360 was gifted a 3.6-litre V8, mounted amidships for optimal weight distribution. Its power delivery is best described as visceral and the vendor assures us that this F1 Modena Spider is in rude health. Swift gear changes are effortlessly executed by the then highly innovative six-speed Graziano automated manual system, which we’re informed to be in perfect working order.
