The Appeal

With classic aesthetics and a pleasing eye for family comfort, the Rover 75 was a car that was, in many ways, betrayed by its higher-ups. The car debuted to a superb reaction as a great all-round family car, but was sadly overshadowed by BMW all but proclaiming that Rover were struggling, causing
the public to lose confidence.

It was a real betrayal to the motoring public, too. The styling was exceptional, a quaint recapture of traditional British engineering, and it proved incredibly capable. By the strike of the Millenium - and an acquisition by MG - the car's sales had lifted, only to end in 2005 when MG closed its doors for the last time - putting an end to a short but highly beloved run by one of Rover's all-time finest.
This particular example comes to us in a beguiling livery of White Gold, with an impressively low number on the odometer. This vehicle has been cherished by both of its owners - the first of whom kept it for over twenty years - and remains in excellent order. This is a great opportunity if you want a true modern British classic.
