Highlights
- Sought-after AMG body kit and wheels
- Full service history
- Low mileage – just 58,666 miles
The Appeal
Ever since the days of the Pagoda, the Mercedes SL has been the definitive luxurious open top cruiser. These cars are built to glide along the autobahn at high speeds in the best comfort imaginable.
This model from 2003 was the epitome of this ethos back when it came out and, thanks to a fully kitted out interior, certainly keeps that spirit alive today. Leaving the factory with the wheels and body kit from its brutish sibling, the SL 55 AMG, this car’s looks certainly back up the 5-litre V8 sat under its seemingly never-ending bonnet.
As well as being one of a handful of SL 500 models carrying the AMG styling, this car sets itself apart thanks to low miles, an excellent service history and its brilliant, yet original condition. Roof up or down, this car will be an excellent motorway cruiser come rain or shine.
