Presented in exceptional condition throughout
High factory specification
The Appeal
The Ford Motor Company’s acquisition of Jaguar in 1989 began a slow process of improvement to the firm's quality and model line up. But it was another decade before the cash was available for Browns Lane's engineers to push the boundaries when designing a genuinely brand new XJ.
The X350 marked a significant step forward for Jaguar as their first all-aluminium monocoque, which in-turn led to the adoption of some cutting-edge manufacturing techniques, borrowed from the aerospace industry.
The highly regarded AJ-V8 was chosen for the range-topping models and we’re delighted to present one such example which boasts a very high specification.
Resplendent in Platinum Metallic Silver with a contrasting Sand Hide interior, this 2003 XJ8 4.2 began life in Japan and in 2018, was selected for import to the UK based on its truly exemplary condition. Since then, it has spent time as part of a collection of Jaguars, covering few miles and receiving the utmost care. With just 22,783 miles on the odometer, it’s a superb specimen, which is not to be missed for anyone seeking a prime example of the X350.
