The Appeal
It doesn't matter whether you're into Hayabusas or pre-war flat-tankers, every motorcyclist should get to experience a proper old-school Harley. There's really nothing else like them, the way these big, low-slung American "hogs" float down the road on a wave of immense torque. Harley Davidsons are supremely comfortable, perfect for long-distance touring and so we're delighted to offer one of the most highly-sought-after models, a 2003 FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide.
The bike has been very well maintained with regular oil and filter changes every 3,000 miles during present ownership and it's spent its time cosseted in the vendor's garage. It has also been tastefully upgraded with the addition of Stage 1 Vance & Hines Long Shot tail pipes, Hagon progressive fork springs and several other tasteful enhancements like relocating the indicators to the forks. Any original equipment now removed reportedly accompanies the bike, and the vendor has reverted one of the changes, refitting the twelve inch Ape bars fitted in lieu of some sixteen inch items - which are available for the next owner to use if desired.
With a history of careful ownership and a range of thoughtful upgrades, this Harley is a compelling option for those seeking a well-cared-for modern classic.
