  • Both door cards and the associated handles are all in very good condition
  • The switches, dials and controls all present excellently with everything working as it should, the only exception being the CD player
  • Entirely original and un-modified

The Exterior

  • Iconic, instantly recognisable Jaguar design
  • Looks fantastic furnished in burgundy
  • The owner informs us that the bonnet and front bumper have been resprayed due to stone chipping 
  • Paintwork is in very good condition for the age and mileage
  • Hood presents well in beige with no visible rips, tears or splits
  • All of the original Jaguar alloy wheels in very good condition with only some small age related blemishes visible
  • Some flaking of paint on the black aluminium trim strips as shown in the images
  • Light lenses, badges, windows and trim all present very well

The Mechanics

  • Superb 3,996cc supercharged V8
  • Engine bay and engine present well
  • Starts easily and idles well with no unwanted noises
  • Sounds fantastic through the twin exhaust
  • The owner reports that it drives exactly as it should, accelerating very well, shifting smoothly and stopping quickly
  • The owner informs us that the timing chain tensioners have been changed to the newer specification ones from the 4.2l engine
