2000 Rover Mini Cooper Sport

Highlights

  • Acquired by the vendor in 2013 with only 9,500 miles on the odometer
  • Drives exceedingly well with go-kart like handling
  • A great deal of work and servicing completed during current ownership

The Appeal

As the original Mini’s long production run drew to a close, Rover decided to give the legendary little car a fitting send-off by creating a number of special editions and performance packs. Here we have a lovely example of what became the flagship of the Mini range,  a 1275 Rover Mini Cooper Sport.
Having covered a mere 22,429 miles from new, this Mini continues to feel tight and responsive out on the road. The vendor informs us that it has received a great deal of attention during their ownership and is now reluctantly offered for sale due to them relocating overseas. If you’re after one of the last original Minis, then this low mileage, well looked after car could be the one for you.
