The Appeal
With the XKR being so incredibly popular when new means there is still a vast array of examples in varying conditions available on the market today, many of which have been well loved and well used because of their amazing power and cruising ability.
This example though has been exceptionally well preserved seeing just a fraction of the mileage other XKR’s have done and has been serviced on the dot, every year since new, clearly by an incredibly careful keeper.
With specimens in this condition becoming ever so rare, this supercharged big cat is a superb opportunity to own one of the best XKR’s in the country, a perfect weekend toy or show car!
The History and Paperwork

The Interior
- Classic Jaguar cream leather and super glossy solid wood trim make for a super luxuriant interior that is classy and timeless
- From front to rear all the leather is in top notch order showing little sign of wear at all, commensurate with the mileage and just some light surface cracking that could be easily remedied and brought back to a concourse standard
- The centre of the leather steering wheel is slightly discoloured, again easily sorted to bring the interior up to scratch, though the overall condition is excellent with a superb gloss on the wood and no evident marks on the leather
- The dashboard is as new, the wood retains a deep colour and shine, none of the buttons have real evidence of use and the standard radio remains
- The original deep pile cream, Jaguar branded mats have been kept in amazing condition with a lovely rich colour, no evident stains or significant wear and freshly cleaned
- The massive boot space is perfectly clean and supports a CD changer and a navigation unit of which a CD is also supplied
The Exterior
- Equipped with 20’’ BBS Paris split rim wheels that are one of the rarest options fitted and have been superbly overhauled sporting new polished lips, freshly painted centres and barrels giving an incredibly clean look at the cost of over £1,300
- A truly exceptional gloss on the paintwork with no obvious marks or dents anywhere to see. The overall finish is even and all the panels match from head to toe, a truly remarkable car
- There is a very slight paint issue on the black windscreen surround on the drivers side that would benefit from a repaint and would make the exterior close to concourse
- All the exterior lamps are clear and moisture free with no fading or evident cracks
- The panel gaps all align nicely with nothing evidently out of place
- The stainless front grille still retains a great bright appearance as does the stock exhaust twin exits and all the badges including the red supercharged bonnet emblem all appear in great order
The Mechanics
- Perfect service history by dealerships and specialists up until 2021 giving peace of mind that all wear and tear items will have been tended to with correct quality parts and fluids
- The under bonnet appearance is sublime with no evident modifications. Everything presents very clean and well kept
- Some very slight corrosion about the strut top body seams that is purely superficial
- All the air intake pipes appear in perfect order along with the coolant pipes and vacuum lines with everything neatly clipped into place
- The large brake callipers are in excellent condition, painted in a unusual grey colour but match the wheels extremely well and are very unique showing just a little paint peel or blemishes
- All the tyres are the correct Pirelli P-Zero 255/35/20 tyres, date marked february 2020 and have excellent tread
