The Appeal

Many hail the XKR as the modern incarnation of the E-Type - and it’s easy to see why. It boasts equally svelte lines and like its ancestor, the XKR is purpose-built for long-distance intercontinental touring. The X100 debuted in 1996 and with a supercharged V8 under the bonnet, it was always going to be popular. Even today, there’s little that even gets close to the value for money a top-quality XKR represents.

This is certainly one that ticks all of our boxes - (plus the one marked “Purple”)!

With this captivating colour combination, fabulous condition and svelt lines, this car is seductive enough to raise your pulse without even turning the key. But once you do, and that 4.0-litre V8 roars into life puts 380 horsepower and a natural cruising pace well north of 100mph at your fingertips. A supercharged XKR is viscerally quick (especially for a convertible) and delights the ears as much as the eyes.
