The Appeal
Volkswagen first considered cutting the roof off the Golf in 1979, a decision that proved very popular with buyers in the years that followed. Here we have an attractive 1998 Mk3 model that is in very good condition for its age.
The seller reports that it runs properly and drives very well, having received a recent mechanical overhaul. The sunroof appears to be in very good condition and reportedly works exactly as it should. A recent repaint and the installation of BBS alloy wheels make it a particularly attractive specimen.
