The Appeal

All eyes are on Morgan right now, what with the launch of an all new model, the 'Supersport'. And it's hardly surprising people are so excited about it, as when Morgan releases a new car, it's generally here to stay. Take the Plus Four, for example. Launched in 1950, and still going strong today, it's one of the most sought after cars the Malvern firm has ever produced.

This 1998 example is the rare and versatile Four Seater variant, ideal for those longer Continental road trips, or for those who want to share the unique Morgan driving experience with the whole family.

The vendor tells us:

"I am the second owner. I bought the car in January 2000 with 4,000 miles on the clock. Very low mileage, currently 18,000 on the clock. It has been garaged in a covered garage throughout its life, even when abroad.

"It has been regularly serviced in UK. I took it off the road in 2014 - 2018, declaring SORN, while I was posted abroad by my work.
During this time the car was stored with a registered Morgan Dealer, Mole Valley Motor Group. In 2018 I moved to Spain, I had the car serviced and MOT´d in October 2018 and then took it to Spain. It was serviced there twice.

"In October 2023 I brought it back to UK and had a full service with new catalytic converter and windscreen fitted at the Morgan Works in Malvern. It was serviced at the Morgan Works in Malvern most recently in September 2024.
