The Appeal

You can spend as much time and money restoring a car as you like, but there’s no substitute for originality. That’s where this Mini comes up trumps.

It’s an incredibly original Rover-built example from 1997, even down to the factory check upholstery, OEM alloy wheels and original dealer sticker in the rear window. The Mini was formerly in dry storage as part of a car collection the previous keeper had amassed as an investment. It was serviced before it was put away, and after four years indoors, we’re informed that the Mini has only covered around fifty miles - all of which were covered by the vendor since purchase after adding some fresh premium E5 petrol. The vendor has prepared the car for sale, applying Lanoguard protection to the underside and they offer to carry out another service for the new owner if desired.

As the photographs attest, this Mini is in very smart condition considering its age. It comes with MOT until 6th October 2025 and reportedly drives very well indeed.
