The Appeal
After beating Mercedes-Benz at its own game, with the LS, Lexus took the fight to BMW, Audi and Jaguar. The GS, with its tasteful European styling, proved the successful formula once again.
The sheer usability of these 220bhp 3litre cars means low mileage, low owner survivors like this one are rare finds. It is a well specified car sporting tasteful two-tone green metallic and grey paintwork and remains in very good condition after 27 years.
The thick history file attests to the care of those handful of owners. It has had a recent service and timing belt change. In December the air conditioning was regassed, auxiliary belts replaced, wheels aligned and brake fluid flushed and changed. The MOT runs to 28th July 2024 with no advisories.
The GS300 works as a svelte daily driver or weekend show car and this one would be perfect for either.
