The Appeal

The straight six DB7 is a canny buy. Equipped with a hand-built version of the excellent AJ6 engine, boosted to 340bhp thanks to a supercharger whose characteristic whoosh adds drama to this most svelte of cars, these durable and reliable cars make excellent modern classics.

Just 1,605 coupes left the factory, so they are rare too. Here is a good example, finished in classic silver with a lovely cream leather interior. It is has been well kept and equally well maintained. The service book shows page after page of service work by main dealers and reputable marque specialists. Recent work in June 2024 includes £3,510 spent across the car and including a full service.

The very tidy condition supports the low mileage of under 70,000 miles from new. There is a long MOT to December 2025 to underline the impression created by the history file and photos.

Bodywork looks in very good order with generally fair panel fit and no reported issues
Front bumper, wing and bonnet on offside show slight misalignment in photos
Front nearside wing shows small area of bubbling as shown in photos
Arches, sills and underside present well in photos with no MOT structural advisories
Lights in good order with clear headlamp lenses as shown
12 spoke factory alloy wheels in very good condition showing only slight aging
