Over the many years it has been on the market, the Mini's design has been continually improved; the latest models in particular, produced during the Rover era, have proved particularly practical and versatile - even by today's standards. The latter Minis were equipped with 1.3-litre fuel-injected engines and the interiors were considerably more luxurious and comfortable than those of the earlier versions.
This 1996 Mini is in very good condition for its age, having always been carefully stored indoors in a dry environment and driven very little, only during the summer months. The seller told us:
"Two years ago it was repainted, the chrome parts were polished, tyres and brakes were replaced and a service was carried out."
"The bodywork is shiny, with some small, barely visible imperfections on the paint and chrome. Plastic parts, such as wheel arches, mud flaps and door sills, are new. To appreciate it at its best, we recommend a service before driving it on the road."
