The Appeal
The ever-popular Mini is one of those classics which transcends barriers of class, wealth and location. It is revered throughout the world and these plucky little cars raise a smile wherever they go.
This particular example is one of the much-loved Italian Job special editions, released in 1992, and benefits from a recently completed restoration. It features fresh paint and a mechanical overhaul, but retains a pleasantly original interior.
In great condition inside and out, this will surely be a pleasure to own and attract plenty of attention wherever it goes.
The History and Paperwork
- One of the rarer Mini limited editions, upgraded from the Mini Mayfair
- One of only 1,750 in the edition, with only 750 for the Italian Market
- First registered in February 1994

The Interior
- Superb black and red interior trim

- The vendor tells us that this includes a MkV camshaft and KS high compression pistons
- Upgraded cooling fan, new driveshafts, bushings and linkages
- The gearbox has reportedly been overhauled and now shifts smoothly
- New alternator
- Radiator and cooling system flushed
- Serviced in February 2023, including new oil, spark plugs, filters and coolant
- The car has reportedly covered very few kilometres since its restoration
