As soon as you see certain cars, you just know that a car has been well looked after, loved and cared for, this is one of those cars. 

It’s in lovely condition and the service history is something to be admired. 

There is a file with a huge amount of paperwork for the car, which backs up how well looked after this car has been through its life. 

It has been owned by the vendor for 11 years and the previous owner owned it for 9 years.

You open the door to find classic, black leather seats that are in fantastic condition considering the age of the car. The seats are comfortable and working as they should. Your eyes are then automatically drawn to the well renowned walnut centre console. You would think the odometer is lying to you, as the condition of the car certainly doesn’t suggest that the car has done the miles it has. 

Everything works inside as it should and it really is a lovely place to be, with only the exception of the air conditioning that is currently not working but on an open top vehicle who needs one?

The condition of the car is in really nice condition. The exterior has clearly been looked after and cared for properly throughout its life. It is easy to forget that this car is 22 years old with its condition. As an added bonus the car also comes with a hardtop, which was an optional extra when the car was new.  This is also in good condition and sits exactly where it should.  There are some small little bits on the paint work to mention. There are a few stone chips on the bonnet and the Near side door and a little bit of paints scratching on the inside of the wheel arch, but none of these things distract from how superb this car looks.

It is rare that you have the ability to have a proper look underneath a car when photographing, however, this was the case in this instance. The Owner had a ramp, and had purposely put it on there and up in the air so that we could take some pictures of it, showing how clean it is. Once again, the car doesn’t look like it has covered 162,000 Miles. During photographing there was no sign of any smoke or any leaks, the car also started first time, every time and sounded sweet on tick over. We are told that there nothing requires doing on the car. This is backed up with the fact that the owner has just had a brand new mot on it and it passed without any advisories. Furthermore, this car hasn’t had any advisories (apart from tyres) in the last 11 years – which is some achievement in itself!

A car that has a brand new mot, well maintained, no obvious signs of leaks or no reports at all from the current owner of any issues, suggests that this car is a true, genuine example of a great classic car. Seemingly, everything that you could want from a modern classic, looks, style, power and luxury, combine that with the fact that it’s a convertible to and you have a recipe for a car that that will put a smile on your face every time you go for a drive.
