The Appeal

Hardly in need of an introduction, the Land Rover Defender 110 has gained a near-legendary reputation over the years. It’s a platform known for its dependability, practicality, and robust potential, with incredible popularity for both civilian and specialized use. In recent years, the demand for tidy examples has absolutely skyrocketed, leaving collectors and enthusiasts forever on the search for the right vehicle.

The search, however, ends right here. This LHD Land Rover Defender 110 is an absolutely stunning example of the off-roader we all love and deserves to be considered by all. The vehicle has been rebuilt from the ground up, and now presents itself as perhaps one of the finest examples to be found in today’s market.
As builds of this quality are seldom seen, this presents an incredible opportunity to secure yourself an incredible Land Rover Defender 110, that will leave absolutely nothing to be further desired.

The History and Paperwork

  • USA & Europe exportable
  • Tenerife import (Spanish registered)
  • Total frame-off rebuild
  • No expense spared
  • Heritage certificate present
  • Original chassis with matching numbers
Originally registered on the 4th of June 1993, this Fuji White Defender 110 has undoubtedly been enjoyed over the years. The vehicle spent a considerable amount of its life in Tenerife, subsequently benefitting from the dry climate and being spared from the corrosion-promoting environments.
After living an easy life in the sun, the vehicle was imported to the UK in 2019 to begin its complete rebuild, courtesy of the current keeper. With tremendous experience and expertise working with Land Rovers, the current owner ensured no expense was spared throughout the rebuild process, as proven by the extensive paperwork and as detailed in the “Mechanics” section below.
As part of the rebuild, this Defender was treated to a total frame-off strip down, a blasted and epoxy-painted chassis, endless new hardware, and new/rebuilt components all around. It also deserves to be noted that the vehicle was rebuilt to the factory specs and tolerances wherever possible, using the correct strength bolts and fasteners. As the vehicle is now presented in the originally specified colour, with its original chassis, and with matching numbers all around, this presents a superb investment opportunity.
Very few vehicles are presented in such incredible condition, making this a very rare and desirable opportunity.
It’s also ready to register in the UK with all import paperwork and 12 month MOT. The registration process is take approximately 10 days with a small fee for the registration process, plus road tax.
It’s USA export ready with original All numbers matching, and with the matching heritage certificate.

Yet to actually see the road, this freshly rebuilt Defender looks absolutely fantastic, and shows off a host of highly desirable new components. The current keeper has also chosen a rather subtle, yet attractive colour combination for the vehicle, combining the crisp Fuji White paintwork with Satin Bronze details & wheels.
Expectedly, the white paintwork presents itself superbly, with no noticeable flaws. The white does of course extend to the underside of the body, which looks as fresh and crisp as ever, with shiny new hardware as far as the eye can see.
Further complementing the white paintwork is a new set of 18” Sawtooth alloy wheels, finished in Satin Bronze to suit the chequer plate details. The wheels are of course in faultless condition, suit the vehicle perfectly and show off a matching set of Patriot R/T tyres. As the still-present tyre sticker reflects, these tyres are yet to see action and offer plenty of tread to enjoy.
The new Mohair soft top fits over the top of the Safety Devices roll cage and frame perfectly, offering plenty of options to roll up the sides & rear. The Mohair is of course in perfect condition, and secures to the Loxx fasteners faultlessly.
All other trim components, LED lights and details are also in perfect condition, leaving nothing to be further desired. As the multiple included photographs will show, the bonnet chequer plate trim pieces are yet to be mounted, and will be included for the new owner to fit as they please.

In the brakes department, there are new front calipers, discs, pads, and stainless hoses. The rear has also been converted to disc brakes, and there are new brake lines throughout. All 4 calipers have been finished in a tasteful shade of gold, which looks fantastic against the wheels, and shiny new hardware on the underside.
The vehicle sits on a new set of Terrafirma shocks and springs, with Polyurethane bushes all around. The underside also showcases fully rebuilt axles with new gears, drive shafts, drive shaft members, bearings and seals. The transfer case also received its fair share of love throughout the rebuild, and now features a 1.22:1 ratio, courtesy of Ashcroft Transmissions.

As the vehicle has been fully rebuilt to the highest standards, it should come as no surprise that the vehicle now performs without a single known fault. The vehicle now has a completely new lease on life, and will no doubt perform admirably for many years to come, greatly benefitting from the aforementioned upgrades.
