THE APPEAL
Built by Bentley Motors from 1992 - 1998 the Bentley Brooklands was conceived as a powerful luxury saloon for those who wanted a car with elegance and class without breaking the bank.
It kept the familiar squared bodied look seen on its predecessors the Mulsanne and the mighty 6.75L V8 engine seen across the Bentley and more expensive Rolls-Royce range.
First registered in February 1993, this car has spent the majority of its life around London and the surrounding areas before spending the last year in the English riviera.
Over 100,000 miles were covered by the first keeper up until the late '90s, invoices and service stamps for this period are included with no expense spared ownership.

- Multiple invoices coinciding with this work are also present, totalling around £27,000 worth of parts and labour
- Past MOTs, tracker information plus stacks of Bentley related literature and current correct V5c for the vehicle now with its age related number plate
THE INTERIOR
- Excellent upholstery - very well preserved for its age
- Classic combination of green and beige, offset by walnut veneers
- Pioneer stereo system
Inside this Bentley just exhibits pure class, the cream leather interior and wood trim is a fabulous complement to the British Racing Green exterior. The condition of all seats and floor carpet are great, all that's required really is a good clean.
The wood dash and centre console are also just as flawless, even the phone tucked away in the centre compartment is all in one piece and free from any defects. A sublime, sophisticated interior.

THE EXTERIOR
- British Racing Green paintwork
- Straight bodywork with well preserved paint
- OEM alloy wheels in very good overall condition
Overall this Bentley Brooklands is in good shape. Any car that hits 150,000 miles and 30 years old will show it’s age, this car is no different, it's not perfect, but it's more than satisfactory. Finished in British Racing Green this luxury brute still creates a stir wherever it goes.
Even parked up at the shoot location, passer by after passer by stopped and commented on how impressive and great the car looked. There are a few blemishes around the body, some paint work is required to reach perfection but when you consider it has figuratively been around the world 6 times it's doing pretty well.

THE MECHANICS
- 6.75-litre V8 engine
- Automatic gearbox
- Reportedly in good running order
The car started without issue and drove a few miles to the shoot location, as we followed it down and around the twisty, bumpy roads it looked at ease, taking everything in its stride. The 6.75L V8 sounded powerful as it pulled itself up and down hills before coming to a gentle, easy stop at our destination.
A few things the current owner would like to make known is that there are temperamental issues with the central locking and electric seat adjustment plus the drivers window sticks. Other than that, the car has had a new battery fitted some months ago, plus two new front tyres and new brake fluid in August 2021.

SUMMARY
A chance to own a sophisticated and luxurious car built at a time when Bentley was British owned and Rolls Royce influenced. It can be a monster of a car one minute and then a gentle, soft cruiser the next.
Comfort and splendor normally come at a large expense, this beauty and beast rolled into one just shows on some occasions they don't have to.
