1991 Ford Fiesta XR2i 1.6 EFI

Vendor supplied images

Highlights

  • Legendary Fiesta MK3 with 8-valve 1.6L engine
  • Plenty of recent spend and mechanical work
  • Excellent history file
  • Valid MOT until April 2024

The Appeal

The third iteration of the legendary hot hatch, the Fiesta Mk3 was the longest-lived and perhaps most beloved of its model - still maintaining that perfect balance of boxy lines and modern curves, while providing more sophisticated mechanics and class-standard-setting space, thanks to slightly extended wheelbase.
It was a more grown up example of the Fiesta - but a sympathetic, careful change that didn’t lose a jot of its exceptional character.
This example has recently been brought back to life after a period in dry storage and SORN’d. It’s only covered around 400 miles in the past eight years and is now ready and waiting to return to the road proper. It’s highly original and has had plenty of recent mechanical spend that’s brought it up to a superb order.
