The Appeal
The E30 generation BMW 3 series was an incredibly important model for the marque, perhaps even their most important. The all new, restyled, solidly engineered model cemented the brand as the leaders in the higher end saloon car market, a title which the brand arguably still holds to this day. To put it simply, the E30 was miles ahead of any of its competitors.
Whilst great in all variants, those looking for a truly great driving experience will find that the 325 E30 is one of the best of the bunch, courtesy of its now legendary straight six engine. Smooth, refined and paired with an incredibly dynamic chassis, the 325 was and still is a true drivers car, and as such good quality examples are becoming thin on the ground, with many being hidden away in private collections or as investments.
What we have here is a rare sight indeed. A later 1991 325i, it comes to market as possibly one of the most honest and original examples of the model, with the odometer boasting well under 40 thousand miles, and an incredibly clean interior and exterior. Finished in rarer four door form, in lesser seen Kashmir over beige colour scheme, this is undoubtedly a very clean E30 and one that deserves to be preserved in its current form as a part of BMW history.

Summary
In a world where most modern day saloons are awash with computer controlled everything and driver assist galore, the E30 3 series is delightful and refreshing. A genuinely raw driving experience, the 325i packs a punch courtesy of its six cylinder driveline and excellent chassis, and boasts classic 1980s styling you can't help but love.
Incredibly original, finished in an unusual specification and in great overall mechanical and aesthetic order. H89 NKG really does make an ideal candidate for a quirky daily driver but equally lends itself to being preserved as part of a specialist collection.
