The Appeal
The Mk1 Volkswagen Golf is perhaps one of the most legendary European cars ever built. The sharp, blocky little motor was a hatchback that changed the world. When the car ascended to its next, somewhat less well-remembered generation in 1983, there was one last remnant of those iconic aesthetics - the Cabriolet, which offered top-down wind-in-the-hair motoring at its best, all the way up until 1994.
This example has been very well cared for, with regular maintenance, and is ready and waiting to hit the roads again. A little bit of cosmetic work should make this a truly impressive timewarp for the lucky buyer.
