The Appeal
It’s official, we’re going back to the ‘90s. Oasis are getting back together and look what’s just come to market - a 1990 316i. How very period appropriate…
To many, the E30 is considered the definitive BMW 3 Series. Its elegant, subtle lines put modern BMWs to shame and this example looks particularly fine in red, sat upon its OEM alloy wheels. A manual, naturally aspirated 316i is a very pure version of the E30, a welcome antidote to today’s EV powertrains and over-reliance on turbocharging.
The car has been in dry storage throughout the four years of current ownership and the vendor has run it every three months. It recently passed MOT with just one advisory for tyre wear, showing this to be a very good car.
