The Appeal
Developed by Harley Davidson to compete with ever more popular Japanese motorcycles, the FXR aimed to provide classic Harley styling with modern road manners. The result was rather impressive as the FXR looks and sounds every bit the traditional all-American Hog and yet to ride, it’s comfortable, predictable in the corners and very smooth.
Here we have a very well presented 1989 example which was imported to the UK. It's been in present ownership for the past 29 years and has proved an enjoyable, usable machine. With an MOT valid until February 2024 with no advisories, this Harley Davidson is ready to be ridden. It’s in fantastic condition and retains its period correct colour scheme.
If you’re searching for a nice example, then look no further.
