The Appeal
Well-regarded at the time and downright revered now, the BMW E30 is a perennial favourite amongst collectors and enthusiasts alike. Stylish, well engineered and great to drive, they make for a practical and reliable daily classic, as well as being welcomed at all manner of shows and events.
And of all the variants, our favourite has to be the ‘Touring’. After all, who doesn’t love a ‘long roof’? With heaps of load-lugging capacity, they are perfect everyday cars, as well as being quite rare these days.
This particular example has clearly been very well cared for, with well below average mileage and a wonderfully well preserved interior. Externally it looks just as smart too, and thankfully has not been modified or “enhanced”, as so many E30s have. Unmodified, nicely presented and in an attractive specification – there’s much to admire here.
