The Appeal
The popularity and durability of the R107 SL Mercedes-Benz means that buyers can be spoilt for choice. Well maintained cars in good colours with high factory specifications stand out.
This is just such a car. Finished in stylish blue-black with a matching black leather interior, this 300SL has the desirable factory fitted rear seats and cruise control. It is also one of the later post-1987 galvanised cars with improved corrosion resistance.
The appeal is further dialled up by the very low mileage and meticulous maintenance. The current keeper has owned the car since 2013, servicing it annually irrespective of mileage at a manufacturer-approved specialist. It is in very good condition and will be sold with a fresh 12 months MOT.
