The Mechanics
- Sonorous 3-lire straight six
- 4-speed automatic transmission
Recently serviced and with a fresh MOT the car has been extremely well maintained since 1987. Recent work carried out includes a new radiator and water pump. The vehicle coms with a huge service history file with receipts covering the car's maintenance throughout its lifetime.
That straight-six is a fabulous sounding engine, delivering a punchy 187bhp to the rear wheels, through a smooth-shifting automatic gearbox. Keeping everything pointing in the right direction, the R107 benefitted from double wishbone front suspension, which helps deliver an involving drive while maintaining the SL's cosseting ride. We're assured by the owner that the car drives very well and there are no issues they are aware of.
