Finished in smart Thistle Green with matching hard top and complementary Fir Green leather interior, it is an early facelift car with desirable galvanised chassis. The history file is extensive and includes a restoration and respray 10 years ago. It has covered only 5,000 miles in the intervening decade.

In recent times the car has been dry stored in a dehumidified ‘carcoon’ which has preserved the condition. It will need some light recommissioning, but for the right buyer this looks like a straightforward project with a very good R107 to enjoy at the end of it.

Bodywork similarly well kept with localised points to note in photographs
These include light bubbling to offside rear sill and nearside front arch
Other small marks include a chip to the rear nearside corner
Exterior fittings are complete and undamaged and generally well kept
Lights in good order but with misting to nearside front heaadlight to note
Underside in good order due to dehumidified storage and showing only light ageing
Facelift car with galvanised chassis
Sill edges and underside would benefit from wire brush and undersealing regime to protect
Hard top is in good condition with clean and well kept headlining and interior fittings
We were unable to check the soft top but understand it is well kept and serviceable
Popular ‘Gullideckel’ alloy wheels in generally good order with only light marks
Matching spare alloy wheel
Older tyres which are generally well kept with points to note on rears on last MOT
Vendor advises that one of the rear tyres is cracked but the spare is good
Fir Green leather interior in generally very good order with only light signs of use
Leather seats in good condition with well kept bases and bolsters
