This particular example is a 1986 2CV6 Dolly, which has been cherished in the care of the current owner - a serial 2CV enthusiast, whose daily driver is a 2CV6, in which he covers ~15,000 miles a year - and has been restored to an exacting standard by renowned marque specialist Rick Pembro.

History & Paperwork
- V5 registered keepers document, showing 3 former keepers.
- Originally delivered new to Bath, the car was purchased from Wales in 2019 by the current owner, with the previous keepers having christened her ‘Connie’
- The registration plates are OE Citroen examples from Glasgow, giving a link back to the vendor’s hometown.
- Extensively restored to “showroom worthy condition” from the ground-up by marque specialist Rick Pembro on a galvanised SLC chassis
- Restored to factory specification, down to the brown engine cowls, single door mirror and quilted seats
- Original manuals and dealer network book present
- Current MoT valid until 29 January 2024, showing a clean pass with no advisories - remarkable!
The Interior
- Original specification quilted seat covers
- Roll-back canvas roof in immaculate condition with all clips/fastenings being present-and-correct
- There is a small scratch on the dash panel, and some very minor patina visible to the steering wheel
- The vendor states that all buttons, switches, toggles and gauges (of which, we admit, there aren’t many!) are working as Citroen intended, with no known faults or issues
- The spare wheel is present in the boot
The Exterior

- Bodywork restored to an exacting standard during the restoration process, retaining its OE specification and with fresh graphics applied, all of which remain crisp and clear
- The canvas top is in excellent condition externally, with no reported water ingress issues
- The paintwork is in outstanding condition throughout, and there is no visible damage or wear to any of the body panels, fixtures or fittings
- There's zero corrosion on the body and floors
- Correct 'seams' on the rear panels
- Single side mirror as per the original vehicle specification
- White wheels in nigh-on-pristine condition, wrapped in correct-style Michelin radial tyres
The Mechanicals
- Starts on-the-button with no signs of excessive smoke or any untoward noises
- Fully rebuilt and serviced during the aforementioned restoration works
- Idles happily, with the vendor reporting no known faults
- Under the bonnet, the air-cooled engine presents fantastically, with no signs of any leaks or fluid misting, with the original graphics retained on the bulkhead at the rear offside of the engine bay
