The Appeal
By 1985, Bedford had been manufacturing their near-synonymous van for over fifteen years - and the CF2, with a few mechanical upgrades, was intended to go for another fifteen upon introduction. Sadly, by 1987 the company realised it was cheaper to just rebadge other General Motors vehicles, and the writing was on the wall.
That didn't, of course, stop the British public from embracing them. Bedford vans became everything from ice cream vans to horseboxes, and continue to pop up in the world with impressive endurance.
This example has been converted into a fully functioning bar on wheels. The van has been used for private and community events. The exterior carries a classy cream and teal with gold finishes, and the interior includes a fridge and ice machine. The van is in need of mechanical work in order to return to the road, but save for this is a ready-and-waiting mobile business.
