The Appeal

What a treat this 1275GT is. The first thing that catches your eye is the stand-out yellow paintwork. Then there’s the condition: inside and out this car wears its high end restoration very well thanks to barely being used since completion. Next spot the mileage and you discover it’s been driven less than 47,000 miles from new.
Those qualities are very compelling. But it is when you delve into its history that this car’s appeal really ramps up. It was one of the last 1275GTs built - registered in June, two months before production ended - and has had just two keepers. It remained with its first keeper to 2016. The second restored it and it has been driven less than 100 miles since that work finished. The history file includes the supplying dealer bill of sale, original service book and British Leyland ‘Passport to Service’ booklets.
This 1275GT is unmodified and in very good restored condition. Whether you choose to enjoy it or preserve it for shows, it must be one of the best available.
