The Appeal

Rowan Atkinson has had a varied career flavoured by many highlights, of which his starring role alongside one of Longbridge’s finest is amongst his best. Mr Bean’s yellow Mini was the stage on which Atkinson displayed much of his finest physical comedy. If you’ve never seen it, it’s well worth looking up.

This car was part of the London Motor Museum display fleet for many years. Decals on the car suggest it is a genuine car from the TV films, but we can’t confirm that. Similarly, there is a signature on the roof whose provenance isn’t confirmed.

The car was acquired in 2023 and has been dry stored since. It is in fair condition for a classic Mini, with some aging to note in photos. The black vinyl interior looks very original and well kept.

The car is not currently registered for road use, so the buyer would need to sort that out.
