Alejandro De Tomaso was a man of ideas. When he wasn't rethinking the future of Maserati, creating the De Tomaso brand or acquiring Italian coachbuilders like Ghia and Vignale, his bubbling mind was giving birth to innovations like the spectacular Benelli Sei.

As its name suggests, it was the world's first 6-cylinder motorbike. And why not? After all, if Honda was already offering in-line four-cylinders like the CB400, why not go even further? The result was a bold choice, resulting in a motorbike that was incredibly smooth to ride, while being praised for its agility, handling and, of course, its fabulous sound.

Looking at this 1976 750 Sei, you immediately understand its appeal. It's impossible to miss its six superb chrome exhausts. It also introduced a more angular design, the work of Ghia, which was to become emblematic of motorbikes in this category in the 1980s.

Yet only 3,200 examples were produced. Which makes this model a true survivor, especially as it remains completely original and unmodified. With just 27,140 km covered in almost 50 years, some of which has been spent in a museum collection, it represents a rare opportunity.

Maintained by Enrique Martinez, a Benelli specialist and member of the Benelli Club in Spain, this bike is advertised as fully functional and ready to be enjoyed by its future owner. A technologically fascinating machine in remarkable condition - don't miss it!
