1975 MV Agusta 350 Ipotesi

Highlights

  • Ridden around Imola by MV Agusta World Champion, Carlo Ubbiali
  • Built by a former chief mechanic from Bandini Automobili, Franco Verni
  • Impeccably presented

The Appeal

By the time MV Agusta’s works team retired from racing in 1976, it had won 270 Grand Prix, 37 World Constructors’ Championships and 38 World Riders’ Championships. That’s quite a CV, demonstrating Agusta’s engineers knew exactly how to build a winning machine.
Here we have something rather special which was built by Franco Verni - a former chief mechanic from Bandini Automobili. Based upon an MV Agusta 350 Ipotesi, the bike has participated in several prestigious events including the Coppa D’Oro and 200 Miglia Champion Parade at which the MV Agusta World Champion Carlo Ubbiali rode the bike around Imola.
Impeccably presented and in lovely condition, this purposeful classic racer is fit to grace any collection.
