The Appeal
For the third and final instalment of the inimitable E-Type, Jaguar gave it the engine they had been trying to develop for their sports cars since 1952 - a V12. This turned the E-Type from a sports car into a competent long-distance GT, so these later cars prove popular classics for those who like to undertake cross-continental jaunts.
‘Open-Two-Seater’ variants are especially sought-after and here we have a very late example which we understand to have been first registered in 1975. The car has been recently imported from Kuwait where it has reportedly undergone some restoration work. Complete with its folding soft-top and a body-colour removable hard-top, this is a very usable example that will be a fantastic GT once recommissioned.

- Not yet UK registered following import from Kuwait but the vendor has offered to do this prior to collection
