The Appeal
The Triumph Trident was the original super bike, the birthplace for a scintillating lineage. It beat the Honda CB750 to market but lost out in sales to the Japanese bike’s legendary reliability.
Those issues no longer matter to enthusiasts, who relish the Trident for its clever engineering, decent handling and useful power. The T150 evolved into the T150V, which had five gears and is the bike we have here.
It is an interesting find. Imported from the USA in September 2022 and in smart, original condition, it was used regularly until recently. It may need a little recommissioning due to lack of use but usefully comes with a stack of spares. Once sorted it is offers a distinctive and very original classic ride. A bike that deserves another equally caring owner.
