The Appeal
The Silver Shadow has gone down in history as one of Rolls-Royce’s most successful cars. Built in greater numbers than the Crewe factory had ever attempted before, and for the first time using monocoque construction, the Shadow broke new ground for the company in an increasingly competitive market.
This right-hand drove, UK-supplied 1973 example has a great deal of potential. It would make the ideal wedding car thanks to its colour scheme and helpfully for any project starting point, it’s in running and driving order. The vendor informs us that it comes with a history file and the fact it benefits from MOT and road tax exemption further adds to the appeal.
