The Appeal

Sports cars are becoming more and more complicated these days. You'll find up to 3,000 electronic chips powering various systems to keep a modern car on the road!

Sure, they're faster than ever, but for those looking for a truly analogue, back-to-basics driving experience, you need to get behind the wheel of something older. In short, you need to drive a standard air-cooled 911.

This 1973 911T is exactly that. It's been expertly restored to factory specification, with matching numbers, and even retains its original colour - that delicious Sepia Brown shade. It's impeccable in every way, and after a thorough mechanical restoration, it's clearly capable of delivering a first-class driving experience.

  • 1973 title accompanying the car
  • Exported to Belgium in 2014 and registered on 25/08/2014 by an enthusiast who wished to turn it into an RS replica - although this never materialised

  • Speedometer in km/h, approx. 2500 km (distance covered since restoration)
  • Engine number: no. 6134784

  • Original colour Sepia Brown (code 416-9-2)
  • Bucket seats replaced
  • New carpets
  • 15" Fuchs wheels
  • Pirelli P6000 195-60R15 tyres (15% wear)
  • Exterior mirrors fitted on both sides of this model
  • Original spare wheel and jack
  • Chrome in very good condition (with the exception of a few superficial scratches)
  • All rubber seals are new
  • Green tinted windows (manually refitted)
  • The seller notes a few small cracks on the dashboard and slightly discoloured interior door handles.
  • Original Blaupunkt radio, apparently in working order
  • Sport steering wheel fitted, although the original steering wheel has been retained and will be supplied with the car
  • K-Jetronic electronic ignition (the original Delco supplied with the car has been replaced... by an electronic one) the old original delco will be supplied with the car
This 911 is superb in its original colour, typical of the 70s. One look is all it takes to realise that it has been restored to a very high standard, both inside and out. The bodywork alone would have cost in excess of €20,000, while the well-restored interior provides a magnificent setting in which to enjoy the car. Apart from a few superficial defects mentioned above, this car is in excellent condition and apparently needs no work.
