Highlights
- Bare metal restoration
- MGC bonnet
- Fully rebuilt front end
The Appeal
In many ways it’s the quintessential British classic and the popularity of the MGB serves to remind us that, despite its ubiquity, it remains a fun ownership proposition that has amazing spares availability and a large, supportive network of enthusiasts.
One such enthusiast embarked upon a project to transform this ‘B’ into its larger engined MGC brother but having found it a little more taxing than expected, the front end was rebuilt to include a standard engine and drivetrain, though retaining the MGC bonnet.
As well as the front end refresh, it benefits from a bare metal respray and full rebuild and presents in excellent condition. The next owner can decide whether to keep the MGC bonnet (we rather like it) and can enjoy the sunny weather in a fine example of the breed.
